Studio Policies

Please review the following policies carefully. Policies are subject to updates each season.

Attendance

All students are expected to attend and be on time for enrolled classes. Make-up classes for illness or family emergencies may be arranged through the Director.

Monthly tuition is due regardless of absences, holidays, or weather cancellations.

Visitors

Parents and friends may not observe regular classes. Designated observation events are scheduled during the season and announced by email/newsletter.

Tuition & Fees

Tuition is due on the 25th of each month (prorated if enrolling later).

  • $30 late fee after the 7th day past due date.
  • $30 returned check fee.
  • No tuition or costume refunds.

Registration fees (annual, per family): 1 student $40, 2 students $60, 3+ students $70.

Dress Code

Dress code varies by class and level. Please follow instructor guidance for proper attire and shoes.

Inclement Weather

  • Morning classes follow Fauquier County Public School closings.
  • Afternoon/evening decisions are made by 2:30 PM.
  • Closure updates are shared via email and social channels.

Holiday Schedule

Studio is generally closed for: Labor Day weekend, Memorial Day weekend, Thanksgiving break, Christmas break, and Spring Break (Easter).

Closure dates are posted in advance and communicated by email.

Parent Portal & Forms

All families should create a Parent Portal account for tuition and studio communication.

Automatic payment and media release forms are available through studio administration.
